Appointment Modifications, Cancellations & Service Policy

To respect our clients’ valuable time, we do not accept appointment modifications or cancellations via phone or email.



Appointment Modifications


If you need to reschedule or adjust your appointment, modifications must be made using the confirmation text link or the email provided when you booked.

• To modify your reservation, scroll to the bottom of your confirmation and click “Need to make a Change ?”

• All modifications must be made at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled start time.



Shop Cancellation & Service Policy

To respect all clients’ time, we require appointment modifications or cancellations be made via the booking confirmation link (not by phone or email).


All adjustments must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled time via the text or email confirmation.

Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full service charge, as we respect each barber’s reserved time.

We are a full-service booking platform. All services—whether a quick trim, beard cleanup, or a lineup—reserve a dedicated time slot and are priced consistently. Complimentary touches (like eyebrow grooming) are included, but no discounts apply.

Each barber runs their own business, independently setting their services and client base. We provide the booking system as a resource, and clients should select services aligned with the barber’s expertise. If you’re unsure, contact us before booking. We operate by appointment only; walk-ins are not accepted. Thank you for respecting our process. Feel free to reach out with any questions before booking.



Appointment & Service Policy

• We are a full-service barbershop, and all services — including lineups, neck cleanups, quick trims, and beard trims — are considered full appointments, as each one blocks out a dedicated time slot. Pricing remains the same regardless of the service type, so no favors.

• That said, we’re happy to offer complimentary touches like eyebrow or mustache grooming as part of your booked service.

• Some of our barbers are not trained in every service. To ensure proper booking, please be sure to book through the service category in the online booking system.

• The system is designed to guide you and prevent misbookings — please make your selections carefully by booking through the listed services.

• If you’re unsure what to book, please call the shop to get a better understanding before scheduling.

• We operate by appointment only — walk-ins are not accepted.

• Lack of understanding of our policies is not a valid excuse for misbookings. Therefore, refunds will not be issued. Thank you for your understanding. Please reach out with questions before booking via email or phone.
